Return Policy

At Laushe By Zahra, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within [7 days / 14 days] of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received
With proof of purchase or order number

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened, used or damaged after delivery:

Skincare products
Beauty and makeup products
Liquid blush or cosmetics
Hair oils and personal care items
Edible wellness products such as panjiri, desi ghee, health blends or similar items
Products with broken seals or opened packaging
Sale, clearance or promotional items, unless faulty or incorrect

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photo of the outer packaging
Short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on the situation.

4. Allergy or Skin Reaction

Please read all ingredients before purchasing or using any product.

For skincare and beauty products, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, taste preference or personal suitability if the product has been opened or used and ingredients were provided.

If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed.

5. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may accept a return only if the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

6. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Do not send any item back before contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 working days], depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos where required.

9. Refused or Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect, any redelivery cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds in such cases may exclude delivery charges and any courier return fees.
